Policy of PAYMENT, NO SHOW AND CANCELLATIONS:

The credit cards that are accepted are: Visa and Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro, JCB, Diners Club, American Express, 4B, Euro 6000 and SERVIRED. Reservations will be guaranteed even if you arrive late.

Once you have paid for your reservation:

For hotels Playa, Kohly - Bosque, Los Helechos, Villas and Hostels.

  1. In case of No Show the hotel will invoice the amount of the entire stay.
  2. Cancellations 3 days in advance the hotel will invoice 50% of the reservation.

For Habaguanex hotels

  1. In case of No Show the hotel will invoice the amount of the entire stay.
  2. Cancellations 15 days in advance the hotel will invoice 50% of the reservation.

Lodging

The hotels will offer lodging to the person whose name the reservation was made (holder of the reservation) and to the exact number of accompanying persons included in the reservation of each room. The holder of the reservation must be present during check-in, and all guests must present a valid passport. The rooms will be available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out must be done before 12:00 hours on the day of departure. The number of guests per room is limited to the number of beds provided by the hotel.

Policy on children:

Children from 0 to 1.99 years old: free. Cots must be requested directly at the hotel according to availability, at an extra cost.

Children from 2 to 11.99 (up to 2 depending on availability) sharing a room with 2 adults will receive a 50% discount on the price of the adult.

Children 12 years of age and older pay the adult price.

In the event that a reservation has been made including one or more pax for children's concepts and these upon the arrival of customers exceed the age range, they will be charged the difference considering the public price of the hotel.

Admission rights:

If in the reception of the personal data of the clients or upon arrival at the hotel, the booking departments determine according to the "unwanted customers" system, they will be able to immediately establish the Non-Admission Right. This determination will be communicated by the reservations departments to the clients at the moment of receiving the data. Gaviota reserves this right which will inform the client in a timely and immediate manner.
